Over the past fifty years, Floyd has gained a unique and specialized knowledge of the entire southern Nevada area in day-to-day involvement in paving thousands of miles of roads, constructing millions of square feet of various buildings from hotels to schools to shopping centers to heavy industrial and commercial complexes. He has had a keen understanding of the construction business by locating, developing, and maintaining several of the most essential sand and gravel claims related to trucking operations in the Southern Nevada area.
